Despite the silly name, its surprizingly serious service, with some great options.
You get paid upto 45$ for 1000 downloads of your files (45$ is paid for files over 2Gb in size, when you reach maximum status) . All countries are counted for downloads, so no problems there!
Uploading is available from: your computer, other Duckload users and remote upload from other file sharing services. So if you have a file on other service, there's no need to use your upload bandwith, you only need your file link and they will transfer it for you
They allow uploading files upto 15GB in size and this is the best deal in get paid to upload field as of now.
They have bunch of payment options for your earnings: Paypal, Neteller, Webmoney, Moneybookers, Epassporte, Egold and bank transfer.
You also get a percentage (depending on your status for premium purchases) on the premium partners you provide to them, so you can earn more from the service!
It seems better in most way than any other services, thats why i give it top rating and its well worth a try if you are into uploading.
